Cancelling an Order
All orders are cancelable before shipment. If your order has been paid and needs to be changed or cancelled, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process begins, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or re-shipment if:

You received the wrong item

You did not receive the item within the promised time (45 days, not including 2-5 days of processing time)
We will not provide a refund if :

Your order was not delivered due to factors within your control (such as providing an incorrect shipping address)

Your order was not delivered due to extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (e.g. customs, natural disasters, COVID-19, etc.).

The product has been used or damaged by the customer.

Please make sure you order the correct size and color. In most cases, if we send you the item you ordered and it is the size/color you ordered, no returns/refunds are accepted ! If you have questions, please contact us before ordering.
